If you are looking for a budget laptop, you may consider Asus Eee UMPC. The Asus Eee PC 701 laptop computer available for pre-order at allasus.com with a price tag of $399.99. This 7-inch UMPC available in White or Black Color features a 4GB Flash Storage (No HD), 512MB RAM (upgradeable), and built-in Webcam.

Other Asus Eee PC available for preorder is Eee PC 700. There are two versions of the Eee PC 700 available at $259.99 and $299.99 price points. Both of the Eee PC 700 features a 7″ (800×480) Internet PC, 2GB Flash Storage (No HD), and
256MB RAM (upgradeable).

But before you place your preorder, you need to know that the website requires a $150 “non-refundable deposit” up front, and promises to only charge the balance once your laptop ships “in early October.”
