After a month of reviewing 32″ LCD’s, I decided to buy 32in Sony BRAVIA KLVS32A10 LCD TV over the equivalent Sharp and I’m very pleased with my purchaced. After doing a lot of research for a few months I had come to the decision of buying this TV. So far I have been pleased. The image is very crisp compared to my friend’s Sony that was around $500 more.

The performance of this LCD is excellent. On HD material (I use Win Media HD versions of IMAX movies for testing), the image is outstanding and the performance excellent. For DVDs, I would strongly recommend an HDMI unit, with an HDMI to DVI cable. This combination is superb, and is much superior on this unit to component inputs. I suspect some of the more negative reviews on image quality come from folks who are not driving the display digitally.
