The TV itself is superb. I subscribed to the HD cable and the results are totally awesome. Even at close range (10 feet) the images were clear. Enabling progressive scan on my DVD player literally brought DVDs to life on the TV.  I think it is certainly the best dollar per 1080p inch available.
